The <strong>Loctite</strong>® Vari-Drop applicator is low cost, manually controlled pinch valve suitable<br />
for dispensing low to medium viscosity products. The adjusting screw allows repeatable<br />
dispense from drops to heavy beads. The quantity applied is dependent upon the stroke<br />
set for the trigger, and how long the operator holds down the trigger.<br />

Theory of Operation<br />
The <strong>Loctite</strong>® Vari-Drop Applicator is used to manually<br />
dispense <strong>Loctite</strong>® brand products at a controlled rate of flow. The<br />
valve is capable of dispensing light to heavy beads or drops. The<br />
design is cost effective and user friendly. The operator manually<br />
pushes the finger switch down for flow, and releases the switch<br />
to discontinue flow.<br />
The RED represents the fluid path.<br />
