V5 IMPACT to the TASK FORCE V5 - impact on the Implementation Task Force V5 provides: 1 >> 2 >> 3 >> 4 >> 5 >> 6 >> 7 >> 8 >> clearer guidelines on the Task Force’s role, responsibilities and the upward and downward communication channels, particularly the link between Steering Committee Champions and Task Force Champions improved guidelines on implementation planning and resourcing clearer accountability and process steps for Implementation Actions (these processes can also be accessed directly through digiTRACC) additional in-depth information to existing Implementation Actions new Implementation Actions to fill previous gaps and introduce the latest thinking in CI methodology more codified knowledge from TRACC implementation specialists around the world more practical examples, templates and checklists which have also been added to digiTRACC so that they can be accessed in digital format explicit links between TRACCs for easy cross-referencing. For example, for Autonomous Maintenance, there are references to 5S and Focused Improvement. Similarly, in Asset Care, there are references to Teamwork, Team Meetings, and Problem-solving. These cross-references are now very clear in each of the TRACCs.
