Admin Excellence This TRACC applies the principles and practices of World Class Operations to an office, service or administrative environment. In DEVELOPMENT Service Excellence TRACC It incorporates best practices such as Teamwork, 5S, Visual Management, Process Mapping, Work Scheduling, Systems and Technology, Knowledge Sharing, Focused Improvement, Safety and Service Excellence. The desired result of this TRACC is to facilitate quicker processing of transactions, fewer errors or omissions, the elimination of unnecessary work and duplications as well as better communication. An improvement in flexibility will also be seen, which frees people to do more value-adding work. Another beneficial result will be an enhancement in the company’s relationships with customers and suppliers.
