5.0 – USER 5.0 - user management updates MANAGEMENT UPDATES To assist with user management, administrators can now move users from one area to another which will be extremely helpful, as people move around organisations. To make communication to all users easier, an Email Address field has been included for digiTRACC users. This field is now mandatory - you can’t add a new user without entering an email address, nor can you edit an existing user without also adding their email address. Also note that when users are added or edited, it’s possible to enter the user’s email address in the Username field. This enables them to log in using their email address as their unique username. 39
5.0 – TRACClog a new online FEEDBACK system 5.0 - TRACClog, a nEw online feedback system This is our new feedback and improvement system, where you can post your queries or suggestions and track the progress of your feedback items. Types of feedback include Suggestions, Requests, Translation Errors and Complaints. To accurately identify your feedback item, you select a Product Category, Version, Title, Component and Language. We will inform you of all item progress by automated email feedback. This will be extremely important for future versions of our TRACC products in that all suggestions, ideas and errors in existing versions will be logged, and we will have one central place to use as a database. 40
