1 Deborah Kemp Managing Director – Leased<br />

Deborah Kemp, 46 was appointed Managing Director of <strong>Punch</strong> Leased<br />

in March <strong>2007</strong>. Prior to this she was Operations Director for the south<br />

responsible for all elements of operational implementation <strong>and</strong> strategy.<br />

Deborah has held a number of senior positions <strong>and</strong> gained a wealth of<br />

experience within the pub retailing business having joined <strong>Punch</strong> <strong>Taverns</strong><br />

in 1998 as Investment Director <strong>and</strong> then Property <strong>and</strong> Development Director<br />

being involved in a number of significant acquisitions <strong>and</strong> mergers.<br />

Deborah’s early career was at Bass where she held various operational<br />

<strong>and</strong> property roles.<br />

2 Neil Preston Company Secretary<br />

Neil Preston, 47, is responsible for ensuring that the company meets all our<br />

legal <strong>and</strong> regulatory requirements as a <strong>plc</strong>. He is a Fellow of the Chartered<br />

Association of Certified Accountants <strong>and</strong> has held various roles within <strong>Punch</strong>,<br />

including that of the Finance Director of <strong>Punch</strong> Group <strong>and</strong> <strong>Punch</strong> Retail (now<br />

known as Spirit Group). Prior to this he worked for Allied Domecq <strong>and</strong><br />

started in the industry in 1986.<br />

4 Karen Caddick Group Director of Human Resources<br />

Karen Caddick, 38, joined <strong>Punch</strong> in October 2006 <strong>and</strong> leads the HR function<br />

across the <strong>Punch</strong> Group. Karen started her career with Royal & Sun Alliance<br />

in 1993 <strong>and</strong> performed several HR roles including Head of HR for More<br />

Th>n. Karen then moved to Barclays as Head of Employee Relations & HR<br />

Policy. She also led the HR functions at Channel Five Broadcasting <strong>and</strong> The<br />

<strong>Financial</strong> Times prior to joining <strong>Punch</strong>. Karen is a Graduate of the Chartered<br />

Insurance Institute <strong>and</strong> a Fellow of The Institute of Personnel & Development.<br />

5 Francis Patton - Group Corporate Affairs Director<br />

Francis Patton, 44, is responsible for the Group's relationships with our key<br />

stakeholders which involves internal <strong>and</strong> retailer communications, public <strong>and</strong><br />

investor relations <strong>and</strong> political lobbying. Francis began his career with Allied<br />

Breweries <strong>and</strong> Allied Domecq retailing in Operations. In 1999, when Allied<br />

Domecq sold its pub retailing business, he became Commercial Director for<br />

the <strong>Punch</strong> Pub Company <strong>and</strong> as the Company grew this role was split into<br />

Commercial <strong>and</strong> Customer Services with him taking up the role of Customer<br />

Services Director for <strong>Punch</strong> <strong>Taverns</strong> in June 2003.<br />

3 Neil Griffiths Property & Development Director<br />

Neil Griffiths, 46 was appointed Property & Development Director with effect<br />

from June 2005, <strong>and</strong> is responsible for the strategic development of the<br />

estate maximising profitability through acquisition, investment, rental growth<br />

<strong>and</strong> alternative use development. Neil joined <strong>Punch</strong> in 2001 <strong>and</strong> has been<br />

responsible for building the Company's industry leading acquisitions team.<br />

Neil was previously with Warner Brothers where he was international<br />

Property Director responsible for pan-European multiplex cinema<br />

development. Prior to that, Neil held senior positions with Bass <strong>plc</strong> including<br />

Head of Property <strong>and</strong> board member of Bass Leisure Entertainments as<br />

Commercial Development Director.<br />
