This programme will enable parcipants to acquire the knowledge on the importance of energy efficiency standards and labelling; understand energy performance standards and tesng facilies to be referred and used; be made aware of the importance of energy conservaon and energy efficiency by classificaon of energy efficient equipments and be able to use the knowledge and skills gained to execute energy efficiency practices in their working place in electrical systems. When people are not movated and engaged to work, they have less energy, are more likely to resist change, and less likely to suggest needed improvements or take that extra step to keep customers coming back. One reason empowerment and job enrichment tend to work is because they can increase movaon and engagement. Apathy, or lack of movaon, is caused by frustraon and feelings of powerlessness – even if people have power in reality, if they do not see themselves as having it, there is no gain.
