UltraCore ® 71A85 E71T-1M-D H8 75-85% Argon Designed specifically for use with high Argon mixed gas, UltraCore ®
E71T-9M-D H8 with a balance 71A85 delivers Lincoln’s best arc characteristics for gas-shielded flux
of CO 2
cored welding. Shipbuilders and structural fabricators like it because
it runs well — it’s our best running E71T-1 for high Argon gas blends,
and it delivers great arc stability and fast freezing slag for easy outof-position
welding, even with 1/16" diameter wire. This electrode
is carefully protected from moisture contamination using the new
ProTech ® foil bag packaging system.
UltraCore ® E71T-1 H8 75% Argon UltraCore ® 71A75 Dual is a general purpose wire that gives you the
71A75 Dual E71T-1M H8 with a balance flexibility to use either straight CO 2 or 75% Argon / 25% CO 2 gas. It
E71T-9 H8 of CO 2 or delivers a stable arc, low spatter, and a smooth bead appearance for
E71T-9M H8 100% CO 2 general fabrication applications. The ProTech ® foil bag packaging
system protects the wire from atmospheric moisture while in shipping
or storage.
UltraCore ® E71T-1-D H8 100% CO 2 For those who prefer the economy of welding with 100% CO 2 for
71C E71T-9-D H8 seismic structural fabrication, railcar, shipbuilding and barge
applications, UltraCore ® 71C is a great choice that delivers superior
arc characteristics for single and multiple pass welding. It’s our best
running E71T-1 for CO 2 applications, and it delivers great arc stability
and fast freezing slag for easy out-of-position welding, even with 1/16"
diameter wire. The ProTech ® foil bag packaging system protects wire
form moisture contamination for consistent quality reel after reel.
UltraCore ® E71T-1MJ H8 75-80% Argon UltraCore ® 712A80 is Lincoln’s best running E71T-12 product because
712A80 E71T-9MJ H8 with a balance of its superior arc characteristics in a variety of applications, including
E71T-12MJ H8 of CO 2 offshore, tank and pressure vessel fabrication. Robust impact toughness
values — even with a notch offset of 2.5 mm from weld centerline —
makes this a favorite for designers who need consistency weld after
weld. Tensiles will not exceed 90 ksi to help reduce cracking tendency,
and the new ProTech ® foil bag packaging system protects the wire from
harmful moisture contamination.
UltraCore ® E71T-1MJ H4 75-80% Argon UltraCore ® 712A80-H, featuring ProTech ® foil bag packaging, is
712A80-H E71T-9MJ H4 with a balance designed to achieve low hydrogen levels for the toughest applications
E71T-12MJ H4 of CO 2 in heavy equipment, offshore, shipbuilding and pressure vessel
fabrication. UltraCore ® 712A80-H is ideal for all-position, single
and multiple pass welding on heavy sections where hydrogen induced
cracking may be a concern. UltraCore ® 712A80-H potentially reduces
the need for preheat, so prep-time can be virtually eliminated and
efficiencies can be increased. For heavy duty reduced hydrogen
applications, choose UltraCore ® 712A80-H.
