Yogesh Prashar is principal investigator and project manager and is responsible for the analyses
and the report, which was completed under the supervision of Mr. Atta Yiadom.
1.4.2 Consultants
Mr. Wayne Magnusen and Ms. Dona Mann of Alan Kropp and Associates (AKA) were the
overall consultant project managers for the study and provided geotechnical peer review services
for the project. Mr. James Joyce, of Joyce and Associates, performed the engineering geologic
services, and was a sub-consultant to AKA. Dr. Walt Silva of Pacific Engineering and Analysis
was also a sub-consultant to AKA and developed earthquake ground motions which were used in
the deformation analysis.
The consultant scope of work consisted of reviewing existing information; providing
geotechnical, geologic, and seismologic data. The consultant review comments have been
incorporated into the final report and they have found the approach, the analysis, and conclusions
of this report to be satisfactory.
