in<strong>form</strong>ation table on Sheet #2 The table<br />

shall list each assigned building number<br />

(#1, #2, #3, etc.), the proposed use of each<br />

building (e.g., rental apartment,<br />

condominium, recreation building, etc.), the<br />

number of stories of each building, the<br />

number of dwelling units of each building,<br />

the gross square footage of each building,<br />

the average square footage per dwelling<br />

unit, <strong>and</strong> the overall gross acreage of the<br />

property.<br />

B-35 If the project is for non-<strong>residential</strong><br />

development, do the plans show the<br />

footprint of each building pad, along with<br />

descriptive in<strong>form</strong>ation The descriptive<br />

in<strong>form</strong>ation shall include the building’s<br />

proposed use, the building’s gross square<br />

footage, the number of actual dwelling units<br />

(or the number of equivalent dwelling units<br />

(EDU’s), <strong>and</strong> the gross acreage of the<br />

property.<br />

B-36 If the project is for multiple family<br />

<strong>residential</strong> development, do the plans<br />

clearly specify whether the project involves<br />

construction of rental apartments,<br />

condominiums, or townhomes<br />

B-37 Are north arrows shown on all maps <strong>and</strong><br />

drawings, including vicinity maps, index<br />

maps, <strong>and</strong> plan views North arrows shall<br />

point vertically upward, where possible, <strong>and</strong><br />

be aligned toward “True North”, not<br />

“Magnetic North”.<br />
