JETMOUNTER LAMINATORS<br />

finishing inkjet & other digital media, the Jetmounter<br />
range <strong>of</strong> laminators has evolved to <strong>of</strong>fer a complete<br />
solution for print finishing with machines to suit all<br />
business types & sizes. Jetmounters are designed<br />
to be simple to operate, whilst producing work to the<br />
highest pr<strong>of</strong>essional standards & are compatible with<br />
our complete range <strong>of</strong> pressure sensitive adhesives &<br />
over lamination films. Jetmounters can handle all types<br />
<strong>of</strong> flat artwork from photographs & paper posters to<br />
delicate plastics & vinyls. <strong>The</strong>y are ideal for processing all kinds <strong>of</strong> board stock from simple card or foam centre<br />
board to rigid plastic boards & perspex or even M.D.F. & Masonite. <strong>The</strong> features <strong>of</strong> the Jetmounter range have been<br />
well thought out to <strong>of</strong>fer simplicity, without compromising versatility.<br />
OPERATING WIDTHS<br />
Jetmounters come in a variety <strong>of</strong> sizes with maximum operating widths from 457mm up to 1630mm. <strong>The</strong> length<br />
<strong>of</strong> your work is only limited by your choice <strong>of</strong> board & your available workspace at the front & back <strong>of</strong> the machine.<br />
Small jobs can be processed on larger machines with ease, but it is important to consider the maximum width you<br />
will require.<br />
FORWARD AND REVERSE OPERATION<br />

Though Jetmounters are designed to feed your work<br />
through from the front to the back, they incorporate a<br />
useful reverse operation switch that allows for accurate<br />
positioning <strong>of</strong> precision jobs.<br />
VARIABLE SPEED CONTROL<br />
For new laminator users the variable speed control is a<br />
great feature which allows you to build your confidence by using the machine at lower speeds. As your expertise<br />
grows you can move to faster speeds & when producing work in volume the top speed will save you time & money.<br />
BOARD THICKNESS ADJUSTMENT<br />
To maximize their versatility, Jetmounters are fitted with<br />
variable height adjusters. From the thinnest graphic to the<br />
thickest panel, it is simple to set up your Jetmounter to <strong>of</strong>fer<br />
the right amount <strong>of</strong> pressure, uniformly across your work.<br />
