MAGNETIC GRAPHIC SYSTEMS

Our new line of magnetic substrates, magnet-receptive primers and printable magnet-compatible materials is the latest trend
in visual communications. They can be combined to create innovative changeable graphic environments or simply used as
individual components in a wide range of display applications, including trade show stands, interactive showrooms and even
for hanging pictures in art galleries.
SOLUTION 1
Preparing the wall
Prepare the wall with FerroCoat paint, a commercial grade latex
coating that transforms virtually any wall into a metal surface that
magnetic materials “stick” to. The surface can then be covered with
a standard paint to match the surroundings.
Preparing the graphic
To prepare the graphic, print the chosen image on printable eclipse
150μ for water based printers or 165μ for solvent printers. Laminate
the front of the graphic with our Sand Texture laminate. Apply
magnetic tape on the reverse of the graphic and position on wall.

Preparing the wall
Prepare the wall with FerroCoat paint (unless wall is already
magnetic receptive e.g. steel), a commercial grade latex coating
that transforms virtually any
wall into a metal surface that
magnetic materials “stick” to.
The surface can then be
covered with a standard paint
to match the surroundings.
Preparing the graphic
Print the image directly onto the magnetic sheeting, a multipurpose
white ink receptive vinyl suitable for solvent inkjet, UV or screen
printing. Laminate the surface with Sand Texture laminate and
apply the sheeting to the wall.

Preparing the wall
Apply DisplayMag to the wall, a self adhesive magnetic sheeting
to create a permanent magnetic surface.
Preparing the graphic
Print the image directly on FerroJet, a magnetic compatible media
that allows direct printing via most types of print technology. Laminate
the with Sand Texture laminate or Sheentex and position on wall.
