HYDRAULIC RESCUE TOOLS – WEBER<br />
New Standard coaxial SINGLE Coupling - approved by TÜV<br />
SINGLE coupling (patent pend.) allows quick and easy connection of twin<br />
hoses with one movement. There’s no need to switch on / off the relay<br />
valve at the power units – tools can simple be swapped by the operator<br />
himself which saves precious time in the run for lives.<br />
SINGLE coupling is rotatable through 360° (also under pressure), therefore<br />
hose tangles won’t build and if, they can be removed easily. The sturdy<br />
design is insensitive against dirt and can be operate easily with protective<br />
gloves. Of course SINGLE coupling is certified according to EN 13204:2005<br />
as well as NFPA 1936:2005 standard.<br />
Because of maximum user safety (both hydraulic lines have a minimum<br />
burst factor of 2.800 bar; easy check of lines) and the bigger inner diameter<br />
(no flow restriction – maximum performance) well proven twin hoses are<br />
used. SINGLE coupling therefore combines all advantages of a coaxial coupling<br />
and of twin hoses. Furthermore pressure lock out and „tools half coupled“<br />
are impossible. Also third-party tools can be upgraded to the benefits<br />
of a SINGLE coupling system – please contact your WEBER-HYDRAULIK<br />
distributor for details.<br />
Upgrading of existing tools:<br />
SINGLE couplings fit all standard WEBER twin hoses.<br />
Existing tools therefore can be easily upgraded to SINGLE couplings.<br />
There’s no need to change hoses or anything else.<br />
