The Second Session of the Fourth <strong>Legislative</strong> <strong>Assembly</strong> of the State of<br />
<strong>Goa</strong> commenced at the <strong>Assembly</strong> Hall, Porvorim at 2.30 p.m. on Monday 28<br />
June, 2004. Shri Vishwas Satarkar, Speaker was in the Chair, (Second Session<br />
of the Fourth <strong>Legislative</strong> <strong>Assembly</strong> &as summoned on 27 May, 2004).<br />

I. NATIONAL ANTHEM<br />
The National Anthem was recited by the Members.<br />

11. QUESTIONS<br />
(i) Shri Manohar Parrikar, the Chief Minister asked for postponement<br />
of Starred Question Nos. 1,10 and Unstarred Question No. 9 for<br />
answer on 7/7/2004. I<br />
(ii) Shri Matanhy Saldanha, 'Minister for Tourism, Sports & Youth<br />
Affairs made corrections 10 Starred Question No. 2.<br />
(iii) Two postponed Starred Qdestions and Five Starred Questions were<br />
replied orally.<br />
(iv) Thirty five Starred Questions were not reached and transferred to<br />
Unstarred list. 1<br />
