I further rule as follows: -25- As per the list of Business General Discussion on the Budget has been slated for today . Members have got ample opportunities to discuss the related issues during the discussion of Budget wherein they can also expect the replies today itself. As per sub Rule 6 of Rule 70 the Motion shall not anticipate a matter, which has been previously fixed for consideration. In such circumstances such Motions are not normally admitted. If you want to censure the Government there are ample of opportunities available to you to raise such issues through other forums. The Business is already been fixed in consultation with the Business Advisory Committee and the recommendations of the Busitiess Advisory Committee allocating the time for the Business das already been approved by this August House. I As per Rule 268 of de Rules of Procedure the Financial Business is required to be dispos off by giving priority. I am there.fore bound by this Rule. I would like to quote Speaker's Ruling, Shri. Shivraj V. Patil who was in the chair of Lok then in the year 1996-97 which was reported in the journal of parliarnebtary Momation June 96VolumXLII as follows: I "Adjourment motionk are not normally allowed during the budget discussion or during/ the discussion on the Motion of Thanks on President's Address as members have sufficient opportunity to - focus the attention of the House to AY matter during that discussion" 4 I therefore, disallow e notice.
