"This House strongly recommends the Government to establish a Fire<br />
Station in Calangute Constituency at the earliest in view of the touristic<br />
importance of the area.<br />

"This House str~ngly resolvks to request the Government to give grants<br />
for promotion of the ~onkAni language and literature in the Roman<br />
script taking into consideradion that a large number of <strong>Goa</strong>ns use this<br />

script in contributing to journals, newspapers, magazines and books in<br />
this script."<br />

"Whereas it has been obseked that the various selling agencies fmm<br />
outside <strong>Goa</strong> organize codrcial exhibitions at various important places<br />
in <strong>Goa</strong> particularly during t$e festival seasons without any restrictions<br />
from the local bodies, therefore this House recommends the<br />
Government to regulate dhe holding of such exhibitions so that<br />
substantial revenue could de earned by Government."<br />
