Introduction
Fidelity Funds (the "Company") is an open-ended investment company established in Luxembourg as a société d'investissement à capital variable
("SICAV"). It has an umbrella structure and its assets are held in a number of different funds ("sub-funds"). Each sub-fund is a separate portfolio of
securities and other assets managed in accordance with specific investment objectives. Separate classes of shares in the Company (the "Shares")
are issued in relation to the sub-funds. Each sub-fund provides an investment opportunity in professionally managed pools of securities in different
geographical areas and currencies, with the investment objective of capital growth, income or a balance between capital growth and income.
Shares are authorised for sale in a number of jurisdictions and are generally listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, except for the Reserved
Funds, the Institutional Reserved Funds.
Swiss investors are advised that with the exception of Asian Equity Fund, Greater China Fund II, Fixed Term 2018 Fund, MoneyBuilder Europe Fund,
MoneyBuilder European Bond Fund, MoneyBuilder Global Fund, Live 2020 Fund, Live 2030 Fund, Live Today Fund, FAWF American Diversified Fund,
FAWF Asian Special Situations Fund, FAWF Diversified Stock Fund, FAWF Emerging Markets Fund, FAWF Equity Growth Fund, FAWF Equity Income
Fund, FAWF Europe Fund, FAWF International Fund, FAWF Japan Fund, FAWF Mega Cap Stock Fund, FAWF Pacific Fund, FAWF US Large-Cap Stock
Fund, FAWF Limited Term Bond Fund, FAWF US Dollar Bond Fund, FAWF US High Income Fund, FAWF Global Balanced Fund, the present sub-funds of
the Company have been authorised by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority for distribution in Switzerland.
Board of Directors
The Directors of the Company are listed on page 3. Six of the twelve Directors, serving as at 31 October 2014, are considered by the Board to be
independent of the Investment Manager and free from any business or other relationship which could materially interfere with the exercise of their
independent judgment.
The appointment of Ms Abby Johnson to the Board of Fidelity Funds was approved by shareholders on 2 October 2014. Ms Johnson is also:
President and Chief Executive Officer of FMR LLC; chairman of Fidelity Management & Research Company (FMRCo); chairman of the Board of FIL
Limited; chairman of the Board of Trustees of US Fidelity Investments Fixed-Income/Asset Allocation funds.
