Editor’s Note Dear Reader, F E A T U R I N G T H E B E S T O F G E R M A N M E D I C I N E كلمة املحرر عزيزي القارئ Bennad Publishing introduced the German Medical Journal at the Arab Health 2007. The Arab Health 2010 is supposed to be the occasion for a brief review. The medical journal, which has been designed for international, in particular Arab countries, initially rather revoked lack of understanding. Not in the Arab countries - there the German journal met with an overwhelming response from the very beginning - but in Germany. We did not need to explain the purpose of the journal to our Arabic readers. They realised from the very beginning that Germany has created an important means of communication for one of the fastest growing economic sectors with this medium. They also know that especially the Gulf States make enormous efforts to shoot their healthcare system to the top on the international scale and that they are thus among the largest consumers of modern medical devices also from Germany. And they know just as well that Germany really has a say as regards to medicine/ medical education. On the international scale, the country holds a top position and the work of in particular the German university hospitals wins great recognition and acceptance everywhere. For this reason, German hospital doctors and hospital teams gladly use the possibilities of publishing their scientific works and globalising their standing and the reputation of their hospitals. 2008: Introduction of German Medical Online One year later the German Medical Online Internet Portal was presented at the Arab Health. The portal represents the second module of the Bennad communication system and with far more than 800,000 visitors per month has developed to become the most successful “who is who” portal of the German Medical field. In 2008 the conversion of the journal from printed to digital قدمت دار بيناد لنرش املجلة الطبية االأ ملانية يف اأرب هيلث 2007. ويف عام 2010 من املفرتض اأن تكون الفرصة ملراجعة خمترصة.‏ لقد مت تصميم املجلة الطبية االأ ملانية لتكون دولية وبشكل خاص للعامل العربي.‏ يف البداية كان هناك حتريض لفهم اأفضل وليس يف العامل العربي بل يف اأملانيا كانت االستجابة لهذه املجلة كبرية منذ البداية.‏ مل يكن حاجة لدينا لرشح هدف املجلة للقراء العرب.‏ حيث تاأكدوا منذ البداية باأن اأملانيا قد اأوجدت وسائل هامة لالتصاالت مع اأحد اأرسع اأجزاء االقتصاد منواً‏ يف هذا املجال.‏ وكذلك يعلمون وخاصة يف دول اخلليج العربي اأن هذه الدول تبذل جهود ‏ضخمة لكي يكون نظامها الصحي يف قمة املقاييس الدولية وبالتايل لتكون هذه الدول من اأكرب املستهلكني لالأ جهزة االأ ملانية.‏ وكذلك يعلمون ماذا تقوله اأملانيا يف حقول الطب والتعليم الطبي.‏ فعلى املستوى الدويل متتلك اأملانيا قمة الوظائف والعمل وبشكل خاص يف املشايف اجلامعية االأ ملانية والتي حتصل على اعرتاف كبري وقبول يف كل مكان.‏ لهذا السبب فاإن اأطباء املشايف االأ ملان وفرق املشايف االأ ملانية يستخدمون بفخر امكانيات نرش نتائجهم العلمي وبالتايل يقومون بتعميم مفاهيم وسمعة مشافيهم.‏ Internet Portal بعد عام يف اأرب هيلث.‏ والدخول عرب االنرتنت يعترب الشكل الثاين لنظام االتصاالت وحتى االآ ن هناك اأكرث من 800000 زائر يف الشهر واأصبحت االأ كرث جناحاً‏ ‏»للتعريف«‏ عن حقول الطب يف اأملانيا.‏ ومت حتويل املجلة الطبية االأ ملانية من ‏شكلها املطبوع اإىل الشكل الرقمي يف عام 2008 اأيضاً.‏ ونتيجة لذلك مت التاأكيد على الشكل الثالث.‏ ومنذ ذلك الوقت مت توفر املجلة الطبية االأ ملانية على ‏شكل كتاب الكرتوين على ‏شكل تنزيل PDF فمن جهة يتم تاأكيد العالقة تقدمي German Medical Online Portal يف عام 2008 مت تقدمي German Medical Online
