My Thoughts So Far Some educational systems propagate the idea that if you simply study a subject for so many school years, you arrive at the level of a specialist. But as in almost every other field of work, the mission world acknowledges that education and training are actually lifelong processes. Think back through this chapter’s key questions. Then ask the Holy Spirit to guide you, through God’s Word and through prayer, as you answer the questions below in light of what you currently understand from God. Finally, discuss your responses, concerns, and any unanswered questions with a leader or friend in your local church as you explore how you could become a missionary.
