securities, which the Sub-advisor defines as securities of companies
with market capitalizations of $1 billion or more.
Advantage Equity Income Fund (formerly Equity Income): Seeks long-term
capital appreciation and above-average dividend income. The Portfolio
potential and above-average dividend income. The Portfolio invests
principally in securities of companies with market capitalizations of
$3 billion or more.
non-U.S. securities. The Portfolio will focus on companies with strong
the Sub-advisor believes have above-average growth potential, or that
may be involved in new or innovative products, services and processes.
Advantage Large Company Core Fund (formerly Growth): Seeks total
return comprised of long-term capital appreciation and current income.
The Portfolio will invest at least 80% of the Fund’s assets in securities of
Advantage Asset Allocation Fund (formerly Asset Allocation): Seeks
long-term total return, consistent with reasonable risk. The Portfolio
invests in equity and fixed-income securities in varying proportions, with
securities for investment, rather, it buys substantially all of the securities
of various indexes to replicate such indexes.
Advantage Total Return Bond Fund (formerly Total Return Bond): Seeks
total return consisting of income and capital appreciation. The Portfolio
