STUDENT COUNCIL MONTHLY UPDATE<br />

Students Council members gathered for their first meeting on October 25 th .<br />

LMS 2012-2013 STUDENT COUNCIL<br />

In late September, Mr. Dermes and Mrs. Richards selected students to represent the student body for<br />

the 2012-2013 school year. Students were asked to complete applications to become part of LMS<br />

Student Council. Mr. Dermes and Mrs. Richards selected thirty superior students, portraying<br />

leadership qualities in the school and community.<br />

Every Thursday morning these students meet to discuss upcoming school events and important<br />

issues at LMS. The most recent discussions have been regarding the box-top fundraiser and<br />

upcoming events, including, the food can drive and the winter dance. Do you have an issue or<br />

suggestion you would like to address? Stop a student council representative to have your voice<br />

heard!<br />
