for over 40 years. Dr. Prade will explain the meaning of very
specific terms, such as “bioactive” skin care, which is highly
• New Frontiers in Skin Care Development
– Exciting Developments with Biodroga Systems
Dr. Prade’s theme will be focusing on current, as well as
future, product trends in skin care. Why will we be seeing
more and more moisturizers on the market and an increasing
number of anti-wrinkle/anti-aging concepts… what’s next?
How will the market deal with consumers’ desire for quick
acting products and how are companies accelerating their
response to this demand? How will companies ensure product
efficacy (ordinary questions versus scientifically proved
claims)? Dr. Prade will also discuss the increasing role of
photo-aging and not just preventing sunburns as well as the
function of uVA radiation in photo-aging. Sun protection, a
current hot topic, will be discussed, as will integrating rejuvenation
as a holistic approach. Ways of ensuring optimal skin
compatibility and ways of effectively treating sensitive skins
will also be topics of discussion.
