The New Trier Powerlifting Club provides a
competitive outlet for anyone interested in
strength training. We compete as members of
the Natural Athlete Strength Association –
a national, drug-free powerlifting union.
Divisions are determined by age, gender, and
weight. Classes range from 114lbs to 308lbs -
providing an opportunity for all athletes,
all sizes to compete. Club meetings focus on
the design of training programs to fit each
athlete’s specific needs, as well as reviewing the
strict technique required in judged competition.
If you want to add competition to your
strength regimen - this is the club for you!
