research interests focus on the use of process design in organizational practice, business transformations and organizational innovations. Mr. Recker<br />
has authored and edited several books on process design, green transformations and research methods.<br />

Mr. Uhl is head of the <strong>Business</strong> <strong>Transformation</strong> Academy at <strong>SAP</strong>. He is a professor at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland<br />
(FHNW). Mr. Uhl received his doctorate in economics and completed his master in business information systems. His main areas of research<br />
are sustainability within IT, people leadership, and business transformation management.<br />

Mr. Fischer is a <strong>Business</strong> <strong>Transformation</strong> Consultant with a track record of more then 10 years of experience in the IT-Area. He has a graduate degree<br />
in <strong>Business</strong> Information Systems from the University of Applied Sciences in Karlsruhe and the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Melbourne.<br />
His competence areas are: <strong>Business</strong> <strong>Transformation</strong> Management, IT-Architecture Management (Certified), <strong>Business</strong> Process Management (Certified).
