are rare. During this lecture, the results of a specific study in the insurance industry will be discussed. This particular study is based on a general<br />
taxonomy of transformation programs, successful general and specific support techniques. It shows the result of an interview series with insurance<br />
executives and explores insurance specifics and analyses of insurance transformation programs.<br />
