Mr. Welz joined <strong>SAP</strong> in 1997 and is the global head of Solution & Knowledge Packaging. <strong>The</strong> mission of the unit is to ease the consumption of <strong>SAP</strong><br />

solutions by delivering ready-to-consume business best practices, fast and simple. Prior to his current role, Mr. Bernd Welz held several global management<br />

positions at <strong>SAP</strong>. He founded the Installed Base Maintenance Support function.<br />

Nik Kafka<br />

and escape poverty. Mr. Kafka is widely recognized as a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum, 2009.<br />

Nils Labusch<br />

Nils Labusch is a research assistant and PhD student at the University of St.Gallen (HSG). After graduate studies and work in Münster and New Jersey<br />

he joined the group of Prof. Winter at the Institute of Information Management in 2011. His current research topics are related to the support of business<br />

transformations and enterprise architecture.
