In 2001, he joined Donau Versicherung AG Vienna Insurance Group as Member of the Board. Robert Winter Professor and Director of the Institute of Information Management University of St. Gallen Mr. Winter holds a Doctorate from Goethe University, Frankfurt. Since 1996 he is tenured chair of business and information systems engineering at University of St. Gallen (HSG). His research areas include situational method engineering, information logistics, enterprise architecture, integration, healthcare network management and corporate controlling systems. Jan vom Brocke Director, Institute of Information Systems, Hilti Chair of Business Process Management University of Liechtenstein Mr. vom Brocke is Hilti Chair of Business Process Management at the University of Liechtenstein, Director of the Institute of Information Systems and President of the Liechtenstein Chapter of the Association for Information Systems (AIS). His work is worldwide acknowledged as the author and coeditor of 16 books, including Springer‘s “International Handbook on Business Process Management“. Brent Furneaux Assistant Professor Maastricht University Mr. Furneaux is an Assistant Professor of Information Management in the department of Accounting and Information Management. His current research interests include the processes surrounding individual and organizational decision making, the strategic management of organizational knowledge, and questions related to end of life phenomena such as the end of the information system life. Marc Béchet Vice President Unilever N.V. Mr. Béchet is currently Vice President IT enterprise resource planning at Unilever. In this role he is responsible for ERP activities worldwide, focusing on innovation with enterprise business solutions to support the Unilever core business model. Mr. Béchet‘s experience spans twenty five years in leadership roles of increasing responsibility including 12 years as a member of global IT leadership teams at Unilever, Novartis and Colgate.

He teaches strategy and innovation at the University of Stuttgart and is author of several books, including “Smart Energy“, a publication on sustainable energy system. Norizan Safrudin Research Associate Queensland University of Technology Ms. Safrudin is a Research Associate within QUT’s Information Systems School. Her research focuses on Business Transformation Management and is funded by SAP BTA. Her study on innovation in business process management won BPM Excellence Award. Sebastian Kaczynski Business Consultant SAP Deutschland Mr. Kaczynski is a business consultant for clients from the utilities industry and focuses on technology and innovation. Furthermore, in his role as a project member of the E-Energy model region MeRegio since 2010 he has been concerned with the development of innovative business models for smart grids and smart meters. Klaus Lohnert Global Business Transformation Principal SAP Deutschland Mr. Lohnert is an SAP Certified Business Transformation Master, project lead, and senior executive advisor to clients from the utilities industry with 15 years of international experience as management consultant. With deep knowledge of the business processes and different market roles, he has conducted many transformations in the utilities industry. Simon Lescarcelle-Evin Transportation & Logistics Hub SAP Singapore Mr. Lescarcelle joined SAP Asia in Singapore from the Air France-KLM Group where he was the Finance Information Officer leading for 12 years several major transformation programs. He has more than 16 years of system integration and T&L experience, having started his career leading multiple process re-engineering and SAP implementation projects within 2 of the then Big-5 consulting firms. He has a master degree in Management and a master degree in Aeronautics Engineering.
