Professor and Director of the Institute of Information Management<br />

University of St. Gallen<br />

Mr. Winter holds a Doctorate from Goethe University, Frankfurt. Since 1996 he is tenured chair of business and information systems engineering at<br />

University of St. Gallen (HSG). His research areas include situational method engineering, information logistics, enterprise architecture, integration,<br />

healthcare network management and corporate controlling systems.<br />

Jan vom Brocke<br />

Director, Institute of Information Systems, Hilti Chair of <strong>Business</strong> Process Management<br />

University of Liechtenstein<br />

Mr. vom Brocke is Hilti Chair of <strong>Business</strong> Process Management at the University of Liechtenstein, Director of the Institute of Information Systems and<br />

President of the Liechtenstein Chapter of the Association for Information Systems (AIS). His work is worldwide acknowledged as the author and coeditor<br />

of 16 books, including Springer‘s “International Handbook on <strong>Business</strong> Process Management“.<br />

Brent Furneaux<br />

Mr. Furneaux is an Assistant Professor of Information Management in the department of Accounting and Information Management. His current research<br />

interests include the processes surrounding individual and organizational decision making, the strategic management of organizational knowledge, and<br />

questions related to end of life phenomena such as the end of the information system life.<br />

Marc Béchet<br />

Mr. Béchet is currently Vice President IT enterprise resource planning at Unilever. In this role he is responsible for ERP activities worldwide, focusing on<br />

innovation with enterprise business solutions to support the Unilever core business model. Mr. Béchet‘s experience spans twenty five years in leadership<br />

roles of increasing responsibility including 12 years as a member of global IT leadership teams at Unilever, Novartis and Colgate.
