Proposal 1A – Statutes<br />
<strong>The</strong> function Breed Council Coordinator<br />
Chapter III - ADMINISTRATION<br />
ARTICLE 3.1<br />
<strong>The</strong> administrative bodies of the FIFe are:<br />
• <strong>The</strong> General Assembly of members<br />
• <strong>The</strong> Executive Board<br />
• <strong>The</strong> <strong>Commission</strong>s<br />
• <strong>The</strong> Breed Council Coordinator<br />
• <strong>The</strong> Auditors<br />
CHAPTER VI – COMMISSIONS AND BREED COUNCIL COORDINATOR<br />
ARTICLE 6.1<br />
<strong>The</strong> <strong>Commission</strong>s shall consist of individuals selected for their abilities and elected by the General<br />
Assembly for a period of three years.<br />
Such individuals must be members of a National FIFe mMember.<br />
<strong>The</strong> members of the different <strong>Commission</strong>s shall elect one person to be responsible for that<br />
<strong>Commission</strong>.<br />
<strong>The</strong> <strong>Commission</strong>s must meet prior to the General Assembly and must submit a written report,<br />
containing the results of their work, to the General Assembly.<br />
<strong>The</strong> Breed Council Coordinator is an individual selected for his abilities and elected by the<br />
General Assembly for a period of three years.<br />
Such individual must be a member of a National FIFe Member.<br />
<strong>The</strong> Breed Council Coordinator must submit a written report, containing a summary of the<br />
Breed Councils activities, to the General Assembly.<br />
Should a <strong>Commission</strong> member or the Breed Council Coordinator be unable to fulfil his duties due<br />
to retirement, resignation, disability or un-inability, a replacement must be elected for the duration of<br />
the period of office at the following General Assembly.<br />
ARTICLE 6.2<br />
Addition to this article:<br />
6. <strong>The</strong> Breed Council Coordinator shall be responsible for:<br />
• the Breed Council Rules<br />
• the concept of Breed Councils to ensure efficient operation of these Breed<br />
Councils.
