c. Recommend approval of a renewal lease agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-
Saratoga BOCES and The College of St. Rose, 432 Western Avenue, Albany, New York
12203-1490. St. Rose will continue to lease classroom space to the Special Education Division to
house a FSI Program in order for the students to be integrated into a college academic and social
setting. The annual rent is $10,000. The lease agreement is for the period July 1, 2011 through
June 30, 2012 and is contingent upon approval of the State Education Department. (2012-060-

d. Recommend approval of an agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga
BOCES and The Quality Coach, LLC, PO Box 1009, Washington, MO 63090-8009. Quality
Coach will provide behavioral assessment services for the recruitment of Superintendents. The
fee is $750.00 per assessment and others, as listed in the scope of services. The agreement period
commences on November 14, 2011 and ends upon completion of the recruitment process. (2012-

e. Recommend approval of an agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga
BOCES and Schenectady County Community College (SCCC), 78 Washington Avenue,
Schenectady, New York 12305. SCCC will provide the necessary technical assistance,
professional development, site licensing agreements and ongoing support to allow Capital Region
BOCES to administer the COMPASS Test to CTE students enrolled in BOCES Career Pathways
Programs. The contract period is October 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012. BOCES shall pay

f. Recommend approval of an agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga
BOCES and The Schenectady Community Home, Inc. – d.b.a Joan Nicole Prince Home, 22
Glenview Drive Scotia, New York 12302. The Community Home will provide clinical
experience to the CTE Health Careers students in the Practical Nurse, Nurse Assistant and Health
Assistant programs. The contract period is January 1, 2012 through January 1, 2013, then
perpetual. There are no fees involved. (2012-063-CTE)
g. Recommend approval of an agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga
BOCES and State University of New York at Cobleskill (SUNY), College of Agriculture and
Technology, Cobleskill, New York 12043. SUNY will provide articulated credit (AGEN 101 –
Intro to Ag Engineering, 3 credits) for students who successfully complete the Medium and
Heavy Duty Truck CTE program. The contract period is September 2011 through September
2014. There are no fees involved. (2012-064-CTE)
h. Recommend approval of an agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga
BOCES and Diane Leone, 7 Sutherland Drive, Glenville, New York 12302. Diane Leone will
provide training to classroom teachers and librarians to member schools. BOCES will pay based
on programs provided with the total contract approximately $1,000. The contract period is July 1,
2011 through June 30, 2012. (2012-065-IS)
i. Recommend approval of an agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga
BOCES and The Northeast Foundation for Children, Inc., 85 Avenue A, Suite 204, P. O. Box
718, Turner Falls, Massachusetts 01376-6332. The Foundation will deliver a session of the
30-hour Responsive Classroom Institute. BOCES will pay $16,750. The contract period is
September 23, 2011 through December 30, 2011. (2012-066-IS)
j. Recommend approval of an agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga
BOCES and The Trustees of Union College in the State of New York in the Town of
Schenectady a/k/a/ Union College, Schenectady, New York 12308. The college will provide
banquet facilities, catering and audio visual equipment for the 4 th Annual Curriculum
Coordinators Conference on December 2, 2011. BOCES will pay approximately $3,500.
