OTHER ITEMS (Agenda Item 9) Page 17 a) Gifts/Donations Request the following be accepted in accordance with Board Policy No. 6770: Career and Technical Education - One (1) Rev Tech V-Twin engine, serial # 58504383 from Jeff Sorrell, 34 River Case Road, Rensselaer, New York 12144. This equipment will be used by the students in the Power Sports Equipment Program. - $17,000 for the purchase of a replacement bulldozer for the Heavy Equipment/Commercial Construction Program at the Schoharie Career and Technical School, under the terms and conditions of the Grant Expenditure Responsibility Agreement, donated from the Faith Takes Family Foundation. WHEREAS, the Board of Education of the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga BOCES finds the terms of the Grant Expenditure Responsibility Agreement to be acceptable and in accord with the purposes and goals of the BOCES to provide a bulldozer for educational purposes as part of the Heavy Equipment/Commercial Construction Program at the Schoharie CTE Center; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the President of the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady- Saratoga BOCES Board of Education be authorized to execute said Grant Expenditure Responsibility Agreement; and BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga BOCES shall upon the receipt of said funds purchase a replacement bulldozer for the Heavy Equipment/ Commercial Construction Program at the Schoharie CTE Center in accordance with the terms of said Grant Expenditure Responsibility Agreement. b) Membership - The Chamber of Schenectady County 2011-2012 Recommend the BOCES continue its membership in the Chamber of Schenectady County for 2011- 12. The fee is $568; the fee for 2010-11 was $557. c) Individual Board Members
