3. A renewal lease agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga<br />
<strong>BOCES</strong> and The College of St. Rose, 432 Western Avenue, Albany, New York<br />
12203-1490. St. Rose will continue to lease classroom space to the Special Education<br />
Division to house a FSI Program in order for the students to be integrated into a college<br />
academic and social setting. The annual rent is $10,000. The lease agreement is for the<br />
period July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012 and is contingent upon approval of the State<br />
Education Department. (2012-060-CA)<br />
4. An agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga <strong>BOCES</strong> and<br />
The Quality Coach, LLC, PO Box 1009, Washington, MO 63090-8009. Quality<br />
Coach will provide behavioral assessment services for the recruitment of<br />
Superintendents. The fee is $750.00 per assessment and others, as listed in the scope<br />
of services. The agreement period commences on November 14, 2011 and ends upon<br />
completion of the recruitment process. (2012-61-CA)<br />
5. An agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga <strong>BOCES</strong> and<br />
Schenectady County Community College (SCCC), 78 Washington Avenue,<br />
Schenectady, New York 12305. SCCC will provide the necessary technical assistance,<br />
professional development, site licensing agreements and ongoing support to allow<br />
<strong>Capital</strong> <strong>Region</strong> <strong>BOCES</strong> to administer the COMPASS Test to CTE students enrolled<br />
in <strong>BOCES</strong> Career Pathways Programs. The contract period is October 1, 2011 through<br />
June 30, 2012. <strong>BOCES</strong> shall pay $11,356. (2012-062-CTE)<br />
6. An agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga <strong>BOCES</strong> and<br />
The Schenectady Community Home, Inc. – d.b.a Joan Nicole Prince Home, 22<br />
Glenview Drive Scotia, New York 12302. The Community Home will provide clinical<br />
experience to the CTE Health Careers students in the Practical Nurse, Nurse Assistant<br />
and Health Assistant programs. The contract period is January 1, 2012 through January<br />
1, 2013, then perpetual. There are no fees involved. (2012-063-CTE)<br />
7. An agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga <strong>BOCES</strong> and<br />
State University of New York at Cobleskill (SUNY), College of Agriculture and<br />
Technology, Cobleskill, New York 12043. SUNY will provide articulated credit<br />
(AGEN 101 - Intro to Ag Engineering, 3 credits) for students who successfully<br />
complete the Medium and Heavy Duty Truck CTE program. The contract period is<br />
September 2011 through September 2014. There are no fees involved. (2012-064-<br />
CTE)<br />
8. An agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga <strong>BOCES</strong> and<br />
Diane Leone, 7 Sutherland Drive, Glenville, New York 12302. Diane Leone will<br />
provide training to classroom teachers and librarians to member schools. <strong>BOCES</strong><br />
will pay based on programs provided with the total contract approximately $1,000.<br />
The contract period is July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012. (2012-065-IS)
