Regular Meeting - - August 29, 2011 Page 15 2. An agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga BOCES and BWP Distributors Inc. (CARQUEST), 215 Business Park Drive, Armonk, New York 10504. BWP will use BOCES facilities, classroom and lab space for eight (8) days in order to provide automotive tech training to their students/employees. BWP will pay BOCES a total of $670.00. The contract period is October 16, 2011 through February 28, 2012. (2012-019-CTE) 3. An agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga BOCES and Washington-Saratoga-Warren-Hamilton-Essex BOCES, 1153 Burgoyne Avenue, Suite 2, Fort Edward, New York 12828. This agreement will allow for the 60%/40% split of unanticipated revenue (WSWHE/Capital Region BOCES respectively) generated by the Manufacturing Skills Standards Community (MSSC) grant originally approved as a grant on September 20, 2010. The split was agreed upon in lieu of the fact that WSWHE served as the fiscal agent/liaison to the Workforce Investment Board (WIB) and MSSC. In addition, it reflects the portion of Capital Region BOCES student enrollment. Upon receipt of signed agreement, WSWHE will pay Capital Region BOCES for its share of the revenue which is estimated at $15,518.42. (2012-020-CTE) 4. An agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga BOCES and the County of Schenectady, Department of Social Services, 797 Broadway, Schenectady, New York 12305. BOCES will provide substance abuse assessment services to residents of Schenectady County from January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011. Schenectady County will pay BOCES $276,563. (2012-025-IS) It was moved by Mrs. Mauro and seconded by Mrs. Beloncik to approve the following. The motion passed unanimously. (BOCES purchases the service) 1.
