20. An agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga <strong>BOCES</strong> and<br />

Rensselaerville Institute, 63 Huyck Road, Rensselaerville, New York 12147.<br />

The Institute will provide arts, math and science based learning for students of<br />

participating school districts. <strong>BOCES</strong> will pay approximately $11,000 annually, all<br />

of which will be reimbursed by participating school districts using this shared service.<br />

The contract period is September 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012. (2012-034-IS)<br />

21. An agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga <strong>BOCES</strong> and<br />

Rensselaerville Institute, 63 Huyck Road, Rensselaerville, New York 12147.<br />

The Institute will provide the “Get to Great Program”. <strong>BOCES</strong> will pay $9,187.50<br />

per registered district and $250 per attendee in addition to the superintendent at the<br />

fall and spring TRI workshop. The contract period is July 1, 2011 through June 30,<br />

22. An amendment to an agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga<br />

<strong>BOCES</strong> and SAS Institute, SAS Campus Drive, Cary, North Carolina 27513. SAS<br />

will provide SAS EVAAS educational value-added assessment services to a number<br />

of <strong>BOCES</strong>’ school districts. <strong>BOCES</strong> will pay approximately $53,000. The contract<br />

period is July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012. The original contract was approved June<br />

23. An agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga <strong>BOCES</strong> and<br />

Scotia-Glenville Children’s Museum, 303 Mohawk Avenue, Scotia, New York<br />

12302. The Children’s Museum will provide arts, math, and science based learning<br />

for students of participating school districts. <strong>BOCES</strong> will pay approximately $65,000<br />

annually, all of which will be reimbursed by participating school districts using this<br />

shared service. The contract period is September 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012.<br />

24. An agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga <strong>BOCES</strong> and<br />

Theatreworks/USA, 151 W. 26 th Street, New York, New York 10001. Theatreworks/<br />

USA will provide theatre based learning for students of participating school districts.<br />

<strong>BOCES</strong> will pay approximately $20,000 annually, all of which will be reimbursed by<br />

participating school districts using this shared service. The contract period is<br />

September 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012. (2012-037-IS)<br />

25. An agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga <strong>BOCES</strong> and<br />

Solid Benefit Guidance, LLC. (SBG), 228 Rivervale Road, River Vale, New Jersey<br />

076675. SBG will provide consulting services to <strong>BOCES</strong> and the New York State<br />

Municipal Benefit Coalition (NYSMBC) concerning Pharmacy Benefit Management<br />

Request for Proposal.<strong>BOCES</strong> will pay $10,000 for initial services during the period of<br />

August 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012. Continued services are contemplated but will<br />

be paid by vendors, rather than by <strong>BOCES</strong>, pursuant to the terms of a successor<br />

agreement. (2012-038-MS)<br />

26. An agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga <strong>BOCES</strong> and<br />

Harland Technology <strong>Service</strong>s (a Division of Scantron), 2020 S 156 th Circle, Omaha,<br />

Nebraska 68130. Harland will continue to provide software, maintenance and<br />

equipment for scanning to <strong>BOCES</strong> and a number of school districts, in the terms<br />

and dollar amounts specified below. The original contract was approved on July 19,<br />

2010, with successive one-year renewals. (2011-011e-RIC)
