4. An agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga BOCES and
the Capital Region Maritime Center, Inc., P.O. Box 22, 901 Maritime Drive,
Alplaus, New York 12008. Capital Region BOCES will pay $17,000 for ownertenant
settlement charges due upon expiration of the June 30, 2011 lease. Further,
the Assistant District Superintendent for Management Services is authorized to sign
on behalf of the BOCES. (2012-016-CA)
5. An agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga BOCES and
Folmsbee’s Transportation, Inc., 1 Industry Drive, Waterford, New York 12188.
Folmsbee will provide transportation services of BOCES CTE students to and from
work sites for an approximate cost of $134,758.27 annually. The contract period is
September 14, 2011 through May 31, 2012. (2012-017-CA)
6. An agreement on between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga BOCES and
National Employers Council, Inc., d/b/a PeopleSystems, P.O. Box 4816, Syracuse,
New York 13221. Capital Region BOCES will pay $2,024.00 to NEC for claims and
unemployment tax rating administration as well as managing the assistance program.
The contract period is July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012. (2012-018-CA)
7. An agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga BOCES and
Hudson Valley Community College (HVCC), 80 Vandenburgh Avenue, Troy,
New York 12180. HVCC will provide students in five (5) of the BOCES programs
articulated credit toward an A.A.S. degree program. The contract period is September
2011 through June 2012. All fees to be paid by students to college based on credits

8. An agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga BOCES and
Schenectady County Community College (SCCC), 78 Washington Avenue,
Schenectady, New York 12305. SCCC will provide access to College in the High
School Programs to Capital Region BOCES students in Food Prep I, Elements of
Baking and/or Math for Food Service Records classes. The contract period is
September 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012. Tuition charged by the college to
BOCES will be fully offset by equal charge from BOCES to the college for use of
BOCES facilities. (2012-022-CTE)
9. An agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga BOCES and
The College of St. Rose, 432 Western Avenue, Albany, New York 12203. The
college will provide collegiate instruction in the area of New Visions-Journalism and
Communications for a course entitle “COM230 – Video Production for the Internet”.
The contract period is September 2011 through June 2012. There are no fees involved.

10. An agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga BOCES and
Temple Israel, 600 New Scotland Avenue, Albany, New York 12208. Temple
Israel will provide facilities, classroom and space usage for their New Visions Health
Careers program. The contract period is September 1, 2011 through June 30, 2014.
BOCES will pay $47,400 for the three (3) years. (2012-024-CTE)
11. An agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga BOCES and
The Academy for Character Education at the Sage Colleges, 45 Ferry Street,
Troy, New York 12180. The Academy will collaborate with BOCES to develop
and deliver the 12 th Annual Character Education Conference on November 2, 2011.
BOCES will pay the Academy ninety percent (90%) of all the registration fees
collected through BOCES. The contract period is July 1, 2011 through November 4,
