4. An agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga <strong>BOCES</strong> and<br />

the <strong>Capital</strong> <strong>Region</strong> Maritime Center, Inc., P.O. Box 22, 901 Maritime Drive,<br />

Alplaus, New York 12008. <strong>Capital</strong> <strong>Region</strong> <strong>BOCES</strong> will pay $17,000 for ownertenant<br />

settlement charges due upon expiration of the June 30, 2011 lease. Further,<br />

the Assistant District Superintendent for Management <strong>Service</strong>s is authorized to sign<br />

on behalf of the <strong>BOCES</strong>. (2012-016-CA)<br />

5. An agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga <strong>BOCES</strong> and<br />

Folmsbee’s Transportation, Inc., 1 Industry Drive, Waterford, New York 12188.<br />

Folmsbee will provide transportation services of <strong>BOCES</strong> CTE students to and from<br />

work sites for an approximate cost of $134,758.27 annually. The contract period is<br />

September 14, 2011 through May 31, 2012. (2012-017-CA)<br />

6. An agreement on between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga <strong>BOCES</strong> and<br />

National Employers Council, Inc., d/b/a PeopleSystems, P.O. Box 4816, Syracuse,<br />

New York 13221. <strong>Capital</strong> <strong>Region</strong> <strong>BOCES</strong> will pay $2,024.00 to NEC for claims and<br />

unemployment tax rating administration as well as managing the assistance program.<br />

The contract period is July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012. (2012-018-CA)<br />

7. An agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga <strong>BOCES</strong> and<br />

Hudson Valley Community College (HVCC), 80 Vandenburgh Avenue, Troy,<br />

New York 12180. HVCC will provide students in five (5) of the <strong>BOCES</strong> programs<br />

articulated credit toward an A.A.S. degree program. The contract period is September<br />

2011 through June 2012. All fees to be paid by students to college based on credits<br />

provided. (2012-021-CTE)<br />

8. An agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga <strong>BOCES</strong> and<br />

Schenectady County Community College (SCCC), 78 Washington Avenue,<br />

Schenectady, New York 12305. SCCC will provide access to College in the High<br />

School Programs to <strong>Capital</strong> <strong>Region</strong> <strong>BOCES</strong> students in Food Prep I, Elements of<br />

Baking and/or Math for Food <strong>Service</strong> Records classes. The contract period is<br />

September 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012. Tuition charged by the college to<br />

<strong>BOCES</strong> will be fully offset by equal charge from <strong>BOCES</strong> to the college for use of<br />

<strong>BOCES</strong> facilities. (2012-022-CTE)<br />

9. An agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga <strong>BOCES</strong> and<br />

The College of St. Rose, 432 Western Avenue, Albany, New York 12203. The<br />

college will provide collegiate instruction in the area of New Visions-Journalism and<br />

Communications for a course entitle “COM230 – Video Production for the Internet”.<br />

The contract period is September 2011 through June 2012. There are no fees involved.<br />

10. An agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga <strong>BOCES</strong> and<br />

Temple Israel, 600 New Scotland Avenue, Albany, New York 12208. Temple<br />

Israel will provide facilities, classroom and space usage for their New Visions Health<br />

Careers program. The contract period is September 1, 2011 through June 30, 2014.<br />

<strong>BOCES</strong> will pay $47,400 for the three (3) years. (2012-024-CTE)<br />

11. An agreement between the Albany-Schoharie-Schenectady-Saratoga <strong>BOCES</strong> and<br />

The Academy for Character Education at the Sage Colleges, 45 Ferry Street,<br />

Troy, New York 12180. The Academy will collaborate with <strong>BOCES</strong> to develop<br />

and deliver the 12 th Annual Character Education Conference on November 2, 2011.<br />

<strong>BOCES</strong> will pay the Academy ninety percent (90%) of all the registration fees<br />

collected through <strong>BOCES</strong>. The contract period is July 1, 2011 through November 4,<br />
