hether they were on the basketball court at the
Far West Classic, or behind a desk at the
library, students chalked up their own ster:ling
achievements.
In an era of economic distress and havoc in the ed.\!Cational
field, it wasn't the budget cuts or the CQcele.G programs
that set the year apart, but rather the ~r in
which the university adapted to a difficult situation.
With a combination of individual effort and teamwork,
students succeed in transforming a year of glOom.-anddoom
into a silver and gold celebration.
