Hi my name is Iva<br />
I’m very willing to write this down on a piece of paper, but I figured<br />
maybe I would call first <strong>and</strong> give a heads up that I do intend to write<br />
something down. I was recommended your company by... we have a<br />
rental property that we are renovating right now next door... the gentleman<br />
had used the products that you guys have to offer <strong>and</strong> recommended<br />
that I too check your products... <strong>and</strong>... there was a mistake made in<br />
terms of the order <strong>and</strong> we were in a huge time crunch... <strong>and</strong>... yesterday<br />
somebody expedited that.... <strong>and</strong> we made our deadline... <strong>and</strong> everything<br />
turned out to be O.K.<br />
So... not only do I find your products to be great, I think the service <strong>and</strong><br />
the fix-up in terms of this... was also exceptional too... so I think too<br />
many times we whine about things that aren’t O.K. <strong>and</strong> we sometimes<br />
fail to... make note of the times that we appreciate people who have<br />
gone above & beyond so I just wanted to say that I really appreciated<br />
what your company has done <strong>and</strong>... I do quite a bit of work with contractors<br />
<strong>and</strong> I will continue to... advocate <strong>and</strong> have them, I guess, advertise<br />
for you guys <strong>and</strong> have them use your products. So I just wanted to thank<br />
you for everything you did... I might be an individual... I guess that has<br />
meant even more to me because of the fact that we are not a company,<br />
we’re just an individual family that has a few properties that we’re renovating<br />
right now. So thank you so much for this, <strong>and</strong> like I said, I will be<br />
writing something down on a piece of paper just so your company has<br />
documentation of this.<br />
