It is decided to dispose old Maruti Omni bearing<br />

registration No. LD-02-0167 of India Reserve Battalion,<br />

public auction on 16-04-<strong>2012</strong> at 4 pm. Maruti Omni Model<br />

Saloon 2001 (petrol Engine), Chasis No. ST91-IN469407,<br />

Engine No. F8BIN 2157311, which is recommended for<br />

condemnation at an estimated value of Rs. 25000/-<br />

(Rupees Twenty five thousand) by the Condemnation<br />

committee for unserviceable vehicle.<br />

Terms and conditions for disposal of the above<br />

vehicle are as follows:<br />

1. An amount of Rs. 1250/- (Rupees One thousand two<br />

hundred and fifty ) should be deposited towards the EMD<br />

by the auctioneers by means of DD in favour of Commandant,<br />

India Reserve Battalion, Lakshadweep, Daman & Diu<br />

and Dadra & Nagar Haveli, HQ-Kavaratti payable at<br />

Syndicate Bank, Kavaratti.<br />

2. The vehicle should be taken delivery by the highest<br />

auctioneers within 10 (Ten) days from the date of<br />

4. The EMD of the unsuccessful auctioneers will be<br />

released immediately on finalization of the public auction.<br />

5. The auctioneers without EMD will be rejected.<br />
