the Views magazine for life in<strong>su</strong>rance clients. Conceived as a collage<br />
magazine, Views targets topics in the domain of modern lifestyle, and<br />
simultaneously to explain to the readers advantages of the various sorts of<br />
in<strong>su</strong>rance. Th<strong>is</strong> <strong>is</strong> the first publication of th<strong>is</strong> kind by the Company, and it <strong>is</strong> not<br />
related exclusively to the topics of company`s activities .<br />
"Main idea in creation of th<strong>is</strong> innovative publication was, above all, emproving<br />
loyalty of our clients through implementation of personal relation with each of<br />
them, by realizing new type of communication. Until now, our clients have been<br />
introduced with our company, its services and goals, through direct contact with<br />
in<strong>su</strong>rance adv<strong>is</strong>ors, via site, through printed and electronic media or via monitoring<br />
various activities of the company, sponsorships and donations. Whereas it <strong>is</strong> about<br />
the clients who selected long-term saving life in<strong>su</strong>rance, which last more then 20<br />
years, we considered that it <strong>is</strong> necessary to improve and confirm relation with<br />
them, representing the company and its goals in a different way", says Natasa<br />
Durdevic, head of PR office in <strong>Delta</strong> Generali <strong>In</strong><strong>su</strong>rance.<br />
"Starting th<strong>is</strong> publication which could inspire the clients to proceed with their<br />
contracts on life in<strong>su</strong>rance as good savings manner and security for peaceful old<br />
age. Views also carries a dose of exclusivity with which we want to additionally<br />
build sense of specialty, privileges and personal relationship with our clients, thus<br />
first edition has been sent to home addresses of all clients who made an agreement<br />

Club“ <strong>is</strong> promoted and it will, through various actions, intent to<br />
make relations with clients on higher quality. Within prime action,<br />
facilities for users of savings life in<strong>su</strong>rance are provided, who are<br />
more then a year with <strong>Delta</strong> Generali <strong>In</strong><strong>su</strong>rance, and for them there<br />
are special d<strong>is</strong>counts for shopping in retail stores of <strong>Delta</strong> Sport<br />
and within making arrangements in branch offices of Jolly Travel<br />
tour<strong>is</strong>t agency.<br />
"Considering the fact that communications with the clients are<br />
improved and that understanding of their desires <strong>is</strong> our long-term<br />
goal, we will give our best to hear their expectations and thoughts,<br />
which will re<strong>su</strong>lt in prospective modifications of topics and scope<br />
of the magazine. We will attempt not only to keep the standard of the first edition, but to significantly improve it in accordance<br />
with reverse reaction we get in the future. With our intention to make it long-term project, we plan to develop <strong>Delta</strong> Generali<br />
Club further in terms of facilities for our clients. During the time, magazine will get, routine dynamic of publ<strong>is</strong>hing – four times a<br />
year. Until the end of th<strong>is</strong> year, magazine will have at least one more edition", says Natasa Durdevic.<br />

problems) and Entertainment art which processes impassable art<strong>is</strong>tic, architectural and cultural values. It <strong>is</strong> interesting that each column contains special part dedicated<br />
to our services and various sorts of in<strong>su</strong>rances in order to improve information and habits of our readers.
