PHI PHASE EDUCATION
INDIVIDUAL ACTIVITY GUIDELINES
In addition to the large group presentations in which a member needs to participate, each
member is asked to participate in a number of individual activities that require him to
take action and get engaged with each particular educational area within the program.
Remember that members will need to complete 4 individual activities to fulfill the Phi Phase
requirements.
At the Monthly Meeting, you should share the suggested individual activities with the
members participating. Members may choose to act upon these suggestions, or identify their
own activity related to a theme of the program. Completion of Individual Activites is truly
self-directed.
ORGANIZING LARGE GROUP PRESENTATIONS
Now that you understand more about the program, you can begin to coordinate the program’s
large group presentations.
LARGE GROUP PRESENTATION EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES
The Fraternity has identified educational objectives for each Large Group Presentation.
These objectives should serve as the purpose and end goal of each respective Large Group
Presentation; as such, these objectives should be communicated to the presenter when he or
she is asked to present.
