1. Because <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> small pension Persons with<br />
Disabilities live in extreme poverty<br />
2. The pension should be increased to <strong>the</strong> level<br />
<strong>of</strong> a ‘consumer's basket’ in Republic <strong>of</strong><br />
Moldova (about 120.00€)<br />

Because <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> absence <strong>of</strong> interest and desire<br />
• State assists but <strong>the</strong>re is not enough because <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> national economy<br />
• <strong>Deaf</strong> have low paid work and cannot meet labour market demands<br />
• <strong>Deaf</strong> have a low educational level<br />

and funded by <strong>the</strong> Swedish Agency for International Development Cooperation (Sida) and Swedish Organisations <strong>of</strong> Disabled Persons<br />
International Aid Association (Shia).
