ACADEMIC IMPROVEMENT AWARDS: 2012<br />

Awards were announced recently to acknowledge students in Middle School who showed significant academic<br />

improvement throughout 2012. Grade Point Averages (GPA) of subject achievement levels were calculated for<br />

each student for both semesters, and those who attained a positive difference of 1.0 or greater received an award<br />

i.e., an average gain of at least one grade level per subject.<br />
