ESA MUJER<br />
Esa mujer observa el filo de la nada,<br />
pero sus ojos tristes, me dicen algo..<br />
¿Parece que no distingue<br />
la realidad y el pasado?.<br />
Esa mujer madura, de piel arrugada<br />
y cabellos claros, en su vieja silla,<br />
sentada sola, viendo la vida que va pasando…<br />
¿Qué será, lo que está pensando?<br />
Esa mujer espera, lo dice su suave mirada<br />
que alguien la llame, que la acompañen.<br />
¿Será que sus amigos, o su familia,<br />
la han abandonado?<br />
Mujer tu no pierdas la fe, que la edad<br />
y Dios te ha dado, asómate a la otra ventana<br />
y verás todo más claro.<br />
Mujer aunque hoy no estén contigo…<br />
“Sí te aman”.. Tú diste tu vida,<br />
mujer, tú no has fallado.<br />
“Abuela, abuela, abuela……<br />
Ya no te hundas en el pasado”.<br />

That woman stares off into nowhere,<br />
but her sad eyes, tell me something ..<br />
It seems that she sees no distinction<br />
between reality and the past ?.<br />
That mature woman, with wrinkled skin<br />
and light hair, in her old chair, sitting alone,<br />
watching the life that goes by ...<br />
What might it be, that she is thinking?<br />
That woman waits, her soft look says it, for<br />
someone to call, to accompany her.<br />
Could it be that her friends,<br />
or her family, have abandoned her?<br />
Women do not lose your faith, that age<br />
and God has given you, peek out the other<br />
window and you will see everything clearer.<br />
Women although today they are not with you ...<br />
"They do love you" .. You gave your life, woman,<br />
you have not failed. "Grandma, Grandma,<br />
Grandma ...... Do not sink into the past anymore."<br />
