Post school re-chargers
Every kid will have a brain drain after the school
hours, To re-charge them for their after-school
activities and homework, encourage them to drink
water and snack on cereal. Throughout the day in
school the kids show hesistancy to drink water and
they are not aware of the water drinking, its most
important task of the parents to make sure the kids
are drinking sufficient amount of water, too little
memory, according to the National Institute
Dinner is a critical meal or smart meal
because probably in most of the families, it is
the only meal where children get to see
adults eating and enjoying a variety of brain
foods. According to food experts, what
parents say to and what they offer kids make
little difference; they will eat primarily what
present in leafy vegetables, milk.
Good health is one of the most important
ingredients for a happy and productive life.
And yet, many people do not have access to
health care and live in conditions that spread
disease. Children are our future. Our children’s
health and well-being are dependent on our
commitment to promoting food access and good
eating habits at home, at school and in the
community.
