effect late December 2002 and extending into 2003, who were
you reporting to?---My immediate line supervisor was Phil

committee for the purposes of determining who would be
awarded the bid for phase 3 of the functional review.
Correct?---Not entirely.
All right, what is the correct position--My appointment to
that panel would have been to ensure that the processes
were followed and to give a general overview of that
particular report.
How many people are expected to be on an evaluation panel?
---Two, three, four.
