The SFR cartoner meets needs
End load cartoner is
packing flow wraps
of pastry shells fast
In a joint project with its Belgian
agent AP Technics, Kliklok has
won an order to supply its SFR
end load cartoning machine to
Pidy Gourmet, producer of pastry
and cake products.
An SFR with an extended
infeed system has allowed the
food producers existing product
loading system to be used at the
Ypres-based plant. Additional
customisation has included
over-height product detectors,
automatic lubrication, open flap
detector and extended carton
hopper, all of which combine to
offer a fully automatic solution in
a short footprint.
The machine operates at up to
140 cartons a minute and is an
‘opposite hand’ configuration to
fit into the factory layout.
