Abdullah bin Mas'ud (RA) reported that Allah'sMessenger (Blessings and Peace be upon him)said to us: 0 young men, those among you whocan support a wife should marry, for it restrainseyes (<strong>from</strong> casting evil glances) and preservesone <strong>from</strong> immorality; but he who cannot affordIt should observe fast for it is a means ofcontrolling the sexual desire. <strong>Sahih</strong> <strong>Muslim</strong><strong>Hadith</strong> # 3233104. Sa'id bin al Musayyib heard Sa'd bin AbiWaqqas (RA) saying that Uthman bin Maz'un(RA) decided to live in celibacy, but Allah'sMessenger (Blessings and Peace be upon him)forbade him to do so, and if he had permittedhim, we would have got ourselves castrated.<strong>Sahih</strong> <strong>Muslim</strong> <strong>Hadith</strong> # 3239105. Jabir (RA) heard Allah's Apostle (Blessings andPeace be upon him) say: When a womanfascinates any one of you and she captivateshis heart, he should go to his wife and have anintercourse with her, for it would repel what hefeels. <strong>Sahih</strong> <strong>Muslim</strong> <strong>Hadith</strong> # 3242Page 103
