(a) Printed forms of tenders consisting of the detailed plans, completespecifications, the Schedule of quantities of the various classes of works to be done and theset of conditions of contract to be complied with by the persons whose tender may beaccepted, can be purchased, at the Divisional / Sub divisional office between the hours of1100 hrs and 1600 hrs. Every day except on Sundays and Public Holidays on payment ofRs.525/- in cash.(b) The site for the work is available/ or the site for the works shall be made available inparts.(c) The tender forms can also be downloaded from the website www.chennai.bsnl.co.in.(d) Before tendering, the contractor shall inspect the site and fully acquaint himselfabout the condition with regard to accessibility of site and site nature and the extendof grounds, working condition, including stocking of materials, installation of T&Petc., and conditions affecting accommodation and movement of labour etc.,required for the satisfactory execution of the contract. No claim whatsoever onsuch account shall be entertained by the BSNL in any circumstances.03. Tenders which should always be placed in sealed covers with the name of the workwritten on the envelope will be received by the Executive Engineer (Elect.), Division – I,Chennai, Upto 1500 hours on 06/04/13/04/13and will be opened by him in his office on the sameday at 1530 hours.04. The time allowed for carrying out the work will be 20 Days reckoned from the date ofissue of letter of indent.05. Issue of tender form will be stopped one day before the date 06/04/13/04/13fixed for openingof tenders.
