Does not Exist i) If it is found at any stage of tender scrutiny aftersubmission of tender that the bidder has made anycorrection/addition/alteration/omission in tenderdocuments vis-à-vis tender documents available on thewebsite / original Draft NIT in office, the bid shall betreated as non-responsive and shall be summarilyrejected and the EMD deposited by the tenderer shall beforfeited in addition to any other action as per prevalentrules.ii)The conditional tender or tenders with conditionalrebate shall be summarily rejected.iii) The tenderer shall submit the original computerprintout of the tender documents downloaded from theinternet. Photocopy shall not be accepted.iv) The Tender documents shall not be sent throughthe Courier/Post. Tender documents received throughCourier/post shall not be opened/considered at all.v) All communication with the bidders shall be inwriting. Fax / E-mail shall be covered under this category6. Para 25 5. This Notice Inviting Tendershall form part of the Contractdocument. The successfultenderer/contractor onacceptance of his tender bythe Accepting authority, shall,within 15 days from thestipulated date of start of thework, sign the contractconsisting of :-a) The Notice Inviting Tender,all the documents includingadditional conditions,specifications and drawings, ifany forming the tender asissued at the time of invitationof tender and acceptancethereof together with anycorrespondence leadingthereto.b) Standard form.7. Para 25(ii) 5. Does not exist EPF PROVISIONS:-and considered as adequate means of communication.The Notice Inviting Tender shall form part of the contractdocument, in accordance with clause-1 of the contract. Thecontract shall be deemed to have come into effect on issue ofcommunication of acceptance of tender. On such communicationof acceptance, the successful tenderer /contractor shall within15 days from such date, formally sign the contract consisting of:-(a) The Notice Inviting Tender, all the documentsincluding additional conditions, specifications anddrawings, if any, forming part of the tender and as issued atthe time of invitation of tenders and acceptance thereoftogether with any correspondence leading thereto.(b)Standard E.W.-8 Form.The agency has to comply with the provisions of EPFand miscellaneous provisions Act-1952 and employeesprovident fund scheme-1952 as amended up to date in respectof labours/employees engaged by them for this work.
