USING THIS DOCUMENTThe design brief is divided into five sections,representing the key areas to be considered fordesign submissions. Each section covers a rangeof topics and includes corresponding requirementsthat all competitors must consider.These requirements are also represented in theevaluation criteria. The Jury will consider theseevaluation criteria in their deliberations.It is important to note that this document formsthe basis of the design brief for both Stage 1and Stage 2. Therefore, while Competitors mustconsider all requirements, some are beyond theStage 1 scope. To address this distinction betweenStage 1 and Stage 2 submission requirements,we have applied the following codes:S1. Competitors should respond to this requirementfor all Stage 1 and Stage 2 submissions.S2. Competitors should consider this requirementin Stage 1 but are not required to respondto it until Stage 2.It is also noted that some requirements may competewith requirements in another section. Competitorsare advised to use their judgment to resolve anytensions between requirements.Other informationThere are four areas of inter-related groups ofcompetition documentation as described below:1. The Design Brief, which sets out the statementof design intent and the design requirementsfor submitted designs.2. The Competition Conditions, which sets outthe requirements, processes and proceduresof the Competition.3. The Registration Form, which is the basisfor registration of interest in participatingin the Competition.4.
