There is an ambition for newdevelopment to improve the activity along thesouthern footpath.The riverside south of the station is currently animportant east–west bicycle and pedestrian route.While preserving this important function, there isalso scope for it to be better used given thepotential for greater waterfront usage and evenfor berthing boat services.REQUIREMENT32.
